NEFT offers charging solutions for electrical vehicles. NEFT is able to offer the complete package, from analyzing the necessary needs for a client until installation of the charging solution and after-sales activities.

In the early times of NEFT I acted as a business developer on closing partnerships with installation companies, software companies (CPO's & EMS) providing charging software and obtaining business wins with B2B-customers such as:
• companies focusing on greener company fleet and in need of charging stations
• independent charging stations installing electricians
• car-resellers

Currently I am acting as a Strategic Advisor and giving direction to the company in product development and market strategy.

Strategic Advisor

XenomatiX - True solid state lidar

Member of the management team and overall responsibility of daily management for the Production, Quality and Purchasing teams containing following responsibilities:

QUALITY: 
•	ISO 9001: First getting the company certified and after this keeping an internal overview of working 
        in accordance with ISO 9001-requirements
•	Perform internal audits and supplier audits on company processes
•	Organize management reviews and follow-up of KPI’s on company level. Challenge department 
        leaders to define and execute changes on their processes to obtain more efficiency
•	Handling and follow-up of (supplier) complaints

PRODUCTION:
•	Lead planning and production team to fulfill production orders on time
•	Follow-up of progress at contract manufacturers for outsourced activities
•	Co-define production process flow 
•	Responsibility to upgrade and maintain production- and testing facilities
•	Warehouse management

PURCHASING:
•      Setting-up a B2B-supply chain for small -, medium -  and large volume production taking.
        into account cost, location and sales market and supplier credentials and qualifications
•      Maintain relations with suppliers
•	Negotiation of product prices, T&C’s, contracts, NDA’s,… in close collaboration with CFO
•	Preparing cost calculations and develop cost reduction strategies in close collaboration with internal 
         teams (R&D & management) and suppliers

Operations Manager

Responsible for coordination of activities within the Quality Operations department. Co-responsible for the quality of finished goods, together with the Head of Quality Operations by performing following tasks:

• Monitor and report quality related Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Define corrective improvement actions to increase KPI-scores
• Listen to B2B-customers and translate needs to internal teams to meet customer-expectations 
• Project management and preparation of process landscape to describe Plant activities
• Perform system audits on internal processes to grade efficiency, correct use and define improvement projects 
• Introduce and coordinate new business strategies within the plant
• Lead complex problem solving investigation

Quality Coordinator

Responsible person on quality related items within the manufacturing and assembly business units (Operations) of Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) key components with following main tasks:

• Setting-up Control Plans as a data-collection strategy 
• Data-driven analysis and improvement action definition
• Prepare process-describing documentation and train users
• Evaluate & validate product - & process engineering changes
• Lead a multidisciplinary team during (8D) problem solving investigation of internal - & external complaints
• Handling of quality issues and define corrective actions in collaboration with the different stakeholders (e.g. Supply Chain, Customer, Production team)
