As a Thermal Process Engineer and Consultant, I have more than 30 years of experience in the field of industrial furnace management, heat treating, forging, investment casting, and aerospace thermal processing. I founded Thermal Process Engineering and Consulting in 2021 to provide customized solutions for clients who need to improve their furnace performance, efficiency, and safety. My core competencies include industrial maintenance management, machine maintenance, hydraulics, machine control systems, auditing, safety initiative programs, asset management and evaluation, pyrometry, temperature uniformity surveys, vacuum furnace tuning and repair, NFPA85/86 - AMS2750-E compliance, and robotics and stamping presses. I have a Master Technician certification from the National Fluid Power Association and multiple skills in process improvement, industrial engineering, and root cause analysis.
