Over 30 years experience of running companies in retail, manufacturing and distribution, from businesses turning over £250k to organisations with sales of over £30m per annum. Strong working knowledge of financial reporting as well as very hands on management experience. My career history in conjunction with world class training from ActionCOACH, enables me to coach business owners on all aspects of them and their businesses. I've learnt loads from being successful and even more from getting it not quite right! After 8 happy and successful years with the global leader in business coaching - ActionCOACH - I now act in the role of Non Executive Director for a small number of businesses that are ambitious and energising to work with Board Chair for Young Enterprise in the West of England - a national charity bringing business to 15 - 19 year olds - passionately bringing enterprise, financial management and employability skills to as many young people across Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
