As a Software Engineer, I work as a Consultant, Project Manager and Tech Lead, supporting and leading software development teams in the implementation of processes and tools to use project management in the field of Information Technology. I also offer solutions ranging from the design, development and implementation to Web solutions. The activities encompass several stages of the project lifecycle and require broad technical skills, in addition to high communication skills and extensive experience in software project management. Some of the main activities and services offered include:
1. Requirements analysis: Conduct meetings with customers to understand their software needs and requirements; 2. Elaboration of detailed technical proposals, which include schedules, budgets, development approaches, suggested technologies and necessary resources for the execution of the project; 3. Software Design and Architecture: Create efficient and scalable architectural solutions, ensuring that proposed systems meet functional and non-functional requirements; 4. Monitoring of all software development; 5. Integration of new systems with existing infrastructures and legacy systems; 6. Manage, supervise and coordinate the entire project, ensuring that deliveries are completed within the established deadlines and that the work is delivered within the scope and budget established; 7. Mentorship, training, support in increasing productivity, application of tools for the use of agile methodologies throughout the project and support during the implementation phase; 9. Application review and continuous project improvements as required; 10. Strategic consulting: Mentoring for clients on best practices for agile management of IT projects, in addition to proposing more efficient and competitive technology options in the market; 11. Work closely with other team members such as developers, business analysts and infrastructure specialists to ensure delivery of projects as structured;

As Head of Technology, assistance in internal processes, monitoring the progress of projects, organizing workflows, continuous delivery of results achieved and points for improvement, presenting reports to the Company's CEO and CFO, always seeking to keep the data presented in line with the strategy of the business and the rest of the corporation, with a focus on all sectors of the organization and the main challenges of each one, with a focus on continuous delivery, data security, task execution, maintaining or increasing indices of productivity in the sector, aiming at the growth of the Company.
Also, I work closely with the Product Manager helping to prioritize tasks and refine them together with the Team. I work by organizing and orchestrating the daily and weekly ceremonies, organizing and conducting meetings in the Scrum concept (Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective). Weekly meetings with other HEADs, with clients and constant alignments. Also, I manage the entire technology area, identifying gaps for improvement of developers and the Team, working in the PDI, 1:1 fortnightly with Developers. As a technical reference for the Team, I do code reviews, think about the architecture of new solutions, act as a Developer whenever necessary. It is also my job to ensure excellence in product delivery, maintain software quality, I mentor and coach developers, seeking to improve each one, both in Soft and Hard Skills.
