As part of the local management team I have the operational as well as the strategic responsibility for developing and implementing Total Productive Manufacturing in the operations and manufacturing environment. Apart from the annual saving accountability I am responsible for the further development of the TPM program, in close cooperation with the European community. I am also the project leader for the European pilot of the Beiersdorf Manufacturing Operating System.

Implementing Total Performance Management at the pilot area -a KitKat packaging line - in the TPM Reference factory Germany.  Responsible for training and coaching the Autonomous and Maintenance Working Groups in TPM methods. Deputy of the TPM Manager and the AM Pillar leader including reporting within the factory and to headquarter.

TPM Process coordinator for Pilot area 

Responsible for the budget alignment with the KitKat department including production standards and feasibility studies. Starting with the Six Sigma Greenbelt education, I supported the Focused Improvement pillar by deriving, leading and coaching activities such as DMAIC and SMED.

Volkswagen AG

As part of the plant KVP department I supported the team in the organization and co-moderation of kaizen workshops in assembly and logistics area. Furthermore I was leading a cross- functional project to interface problems between assembly and logistics with the result of the diploma thesis "Development of a holistic decision model for the evaluation of alternatives of the material supply aligned with the lean approach."  The results were directly implemented for a picking area of rear lights.
