We have over 8,000 contributing writers, a community of over 30,000 women and over 50,000 monthly readers reaching over 1.2 million monthly impressions.

This magazine was built on a lot of love, passion and magic. 

Driven by my own story of growing up as an undocumented Latina, Harness believes in the power of storytelling to inspire, empower, and unite women from all walks of life. 

Our mission is to continue fostering a community where every woman's voice is valued, heard, and celebrated.

You guys want to know a secret weapon I’ve had to grow Harness | Authentic Community faster than I have in the past? 

It wasn’t the expensive coaching program from a “guru” helping me grow my business. 

It wasn’t working 20+ hours without taking care of myself. 

It wasn’t isolating myself because “entrepreneurship is lonely” 

It was having friends. 

Genuine friends. 

Friends that I can go to when I feel down 

Friends that won’t judge me 

Friends that inspire me on a daily basis 

My transition in Entrepreneurship was anything but smooth 

However, having friends has continuously been one of the reasons why I’ve made It this far 
 But there was one in particular that has truly changed me 

And it has been Linda Le🌻   Linda and I met on this platform almost a year ago (crazy)   And we’ve been inseparable ever since

I can talk to her for hours and not get bored (not exaggerating) 

And I always feel so refreshed 

Not only is she one of the kindest, smartest and strongest women I know

She understands me in ways most people don’t 

Mental Health, Dating, Life 

There’s no judgment 

And during the times that I feel lost and defeated 

She reminds me of my power and inspires me to keep going  
Everyone needs a Linda in their life 

Because she has been such a light in mine 

I’m beyond proud of her of everything she’s done.   And everything she will do 

She absolutely deserves all the success coming her way

And I’m so excited to see it 

This is your reminder that  You're the average of the five people spend the most time with  And if you don’t surround yourself with people that constantly uplift you 

You can say goodbye to your success 

Because when you surround yourself with people in your life like Linda

The one’s who create a safe space for you to be yourself  Who bring peace instead of chaos 

And who make you feel seen and heard 

It’s almost impossible for you to not do well 

You don’t have to be alone. 

And it doesn’t need to be so hard 

You just need better friends :)

How do you show up for yourself when you feel everything is going wrong?   One of the things I struggle with in my entrepreneurial journey is the need to control everything.   It’s probably the one thing I’ve worked on the most. 

Feeling like if I work x amount of hours I need x results 

Thinking that x thing is going to lead to x outcome 

Believing that if x thing doesn’t happened is because it’s not going to happen and there was something wrong with me 

And it couldn’t be further away from the truth 

Unfortunately there’s no secret formula of how you can get the results you want   There’s hard work, passion and dedication 

That can give you an idea of the results you can achieve 

But 99% of the time it doesn’t happen the way you think it’s going to happen  
And instead of trying to control the outcome 

Feeling bad because you’re not where you’re suppose to be   Feeling like there’s something wrong with you 

Or Thinking that it should’ve happened already   Learn to let it go. 

Learn to surrender.

Know that you did everything in your power to get to what you want   The results will come later   It may be what you were trying to achieve 

Or it may be something completely different   But you didn’t have to be so hard on yourself for it. 

You sat and waited.   And enjoyed the present moment knowing that everything is going to be okay
 Leaving you with a peace of mind you didn’t have before.   Before I learned this I would feel bad for taking time off during the weekday 

Now I take every Wednesday off as a rule  Sitting, relaxing and reflecting. 

Because I’ve learned from experience the worst thing I can do for my well being is sit down in a state of anxiety

And trying to control the outcome  
 But the best thing to do is to show up for myself

I read, I eat whatever I want, I go on long walks. 

And the results of what I want just magically comes. 

Whatever it may be

Sometimes even better than what I had imagined 

The results you’re so desperately looking for are coming

But it’s up to you how you wish to handle them 

Do you want to do it from a place of chaos?  Or a state of peace? 

What’s meant for you will never pass you 

And showing up for yourself, in the way that speaks to you the most WILL make drastic changes in your life  
To receive everything you’ve ever wanted 

It’s up how you handle it.
