- Led 0-1 launch of a non-English pilot marketplace offering to 70+ users in less than 2 months as part of a strategic intiaitve to validate demand from Rev’s global customer base and position Rev to be a “one-stop-shop” speech-to-text vendor
- Defined product requirements to develop new features specific to demand-side customers in legal vertical (e.g. deposition, formatting, spacing), which positioned Rev to expand market penetration and upsell customers with enhanced functionality
- Supervised the beta and general access (GA) launch of the Enterprise Captioning Service (a premium Marketplace offering) to 30+ customers after 3 months of development, achieving a successful new revenue stream of $Xk MRR
- Managed Growth PM who ran 4+ experiments and A/B testing on pricing and UI to improve key metrics for Marketplace, including claim time (how long job is on Marketplace before claimed by freelancer who completes job) and turnaround time
- Prioritized and managed ongoing product development for ~12 projects per quarter by aligning ~30+ engineers, designers, and user researchers across 2 pods, championing agile practices to deliver product features per timelines
- Managed PM who redesigned onboarding flow for freelancers after interviewing 9+ users to deeply understand pain points and needs with existing editor/tools

- Defined goals, product strategy, and product roadmap for firm’s newest product line focused on API products for automated speech-to-text that powers downstream applications
