•	Act as consultant and SME to research, engineer, implement and maintain security solutions to monitor, detect and ultimately harden the security posture of infrastructure. 
•	Managed a budget of $6M, along with 12 direct reports.
•	Identify, develop, recommend, implement and maintain information security systems, tools, policies and procedures. 


•	Plan, design, install, maintain and troubleshoot cyber security tools and policies to include, encryption, intrusion detection, and DMZ security to meet HIPPA, New NIST 800-53A and PCI requirements. 
•	Develop policies and procedures for deep dive digital forensics analysis on malware or compromised systems either on the network or an individual host. These policies and procedures were accordance with Sans CIS Critical Security Controls for Incident Response. 

•	Monitor and analyze network and host activity for evidence of suspicious behavior to protect information, information systems, and networks from threats.

•	 Interface with teams' enterprise-wide to understand, review, correct and ultimately approve infrastructure and processes changes that may impact the security posture. 

•	Closely work with SOC to design and implement security solutions to mitigate security deficiencies 
and to proactively protect the Information assets, additionally assisting with investigations and forensic analysis. 

•	Collaborate with Enterprise solutions architects on potential infrastructure changes (network, 
hardware, software and/or processes), validating these are in accordance to security best 
practices/recommendations, that these meet compliance requirements.

•	Assist Compliance and Vulnerability teams with evaluation of POAMMs, Benchmarks, Baselines and findings.
•	Implemented or assisted with design, configuration, deployment and/or maintaining of the following 
•	security tools: Malwarebytes Enterprise, Windows Defender, Palo Alto, Falcon, Qualys, Varonis, and LogRhythm SIEM.
