Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I managed 2 Sales and 1 Partnership Development team to deliver over 150 global volunteer opportunities for the youth of Bangladesh. The majority of our projects were centred around the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goal 4, Quality Education and were based in Egypt, India and Indonesia.

Working directly with the national team of AIESEC in Australia, I assisted in the creation of new partnership opportunities. 

My core project was the creation, management & delivery of the AIESEC in Australia Alumni partnership, helping our current AIESEC team reconnect with our alumni to create new opportunities for youth of Australia.

I managed a local, Melbourne based AIESEC office with 40 volunteers and a team of 3 leads to operate three key departments; Operations (Sales and Marketing), Finance and Governances and Human Resources. 

My key responsibilities included strategic management of organisational goals. This involves planning and aligning the necessary activities and resources to achieve sales targets. I oversaw finance and legal management of the organisation which includes weekly review of financial BVA and creating monthly organisational process audit reports.
