I was part of the global FP&A team. My role summary:

- Lead finalization of Annual Contract Value (ACV) to ensure accurate reporting of organization ACV at each month end
- Manage a direct report in the process of ACV Finalization
- Maintain and update the overall company financial model in excel and analysis of SAAS metrics 
- Customer ACV onboarding in financial model and phasing of revenue as per US GAAP based on customer transactions like new customer onboarding, upsell, churn, renewals and downsell
- Perform monthly rolling forecasts by liaising with divisional department leads and CFO
- Prepare a summary and present the monthly and quarterly financials to the executive team
- Prepare the financial summary for the Board of Directors and provide insight for strategic decision making
- Support the fundraising process through value-added analysis & reconciliations
- Research of competitive landscape and benchmarking analysis
- Quarterly and monthly reporting to investors/ lending institutions
- Support the Accounts Receivable team in ensuring expedited invoicing and cash flows

I was part of the Client Financial Management team of Accenture, wherein the team members provided value-added financial management analysis and advice to client engagement teams to maximize the profitability of engagements 
• My Role summary: 
- Lead a portfolio of $70M Revenue for one of the diamond clients of Accenture. As a part of driving the profitability of the projects achieved profit maximization of approx. $1M in the last 2 years by initiating various activities with the help of the delivery team. As a part of this initiative, I provided value-added suggestions by identifying key profitability/ revenue growth levers like pyramid refresh, cost control, maintaining onshore offshore ratio, bill rate negotiations, etc. 
- Supervised a team of three junior members and supported multiple stakeholders across various levels/ teams including Accenture Leadership. Indirectly handled a team of up to 5 members. 
- Executed account financial processes to ensure the quality and integrity of engagement financial records. 
- Provided pricing or business support for new and extended business opportunities and/or review pricing calculations from engagement executives. 
- Supported and executed the account forecasting process, including ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests, and inventory & receivable management. 
- Executed all global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements as described by policy to ensure full compliance.

Client Financial Management Specialist

- Supervise a team of two junior members and support multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with client and engagement executives, Client Group Finance Leads (or equivalent), and other finance operations executives to communicate the position and status of contract or account financial position
- Execute account financial processes to ensure the quality and integrity of engagement financial records
- Provide pricing / new business support for new and extended business opportunities and/or review pricing calculations from engagement executives
- Assist with the preparation of engagement, project, and program reporting as well as Accenture's internal financial accounting processes
- Support and execute the account forecasting process, including ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests
- Execute all global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements as described by policy to ensure full compliance

- Provide support to the Global Revenue and Billing team to the extent required.

- Ensuring that all debtors outstanding are collected in time and there is no overdue payment more

- Publish dashboards including the health of the account and create ad-hoc reports as requested
