Building on my experience as Administrator for HR & Benefits, I'm happy to continue supporting our firm's people.

In this unique position, I have the opportunity to support our management team in all aspects of human resources & talent management.

My goal is to help create and foster an environment where everyone feels valued and has the tools and resources they need to succeed. From facilitation, conflict resolution, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to developing training initiatives, I am committed to ensuring that our people and organization are positioned for success.

When offered the opportunity to become the Administrator in HR & Benefits, I was eager to pivot my career and pursue my burgeoning interest.

I was thrilled to discover that the company was equally committed to supporting my career goals and invested in my growth.

Guided by the CEO and CFO, I was able to leverage my previous experience while simultaneously expanding my skillset through new learning opportunities. Their mentorship allowed me to take on new challenges and gain valuable experience in the HR field.

This experience has taught me the importance of having an employer that values and invests in their employees' growth. I am grateful for this opportunity to pursue my interests and contribute to the success of our organization.
