The introduction of Value Engineering at certain design stages throughout this phase resulted cost reduction of 10% which benefited the overall project costs.

•	Collaborated with local engineering consultants in order to successfully liaise between the stakeholders serving as a representative of the company in a joint-venture.
•	Coordinate all meetings (kick-off) and construction activities for the proposed 1M+ square foot pharmaceutical facility and conducted site visits in Denmark. The practice of  using Time Management effectively reduced travelling expenses to the site by 20%
•	Streamlined and automated the engineering production processes with a local robotics company to enhance quality and compliance for the European Pharmaceutical market. The introduction of robots and automation at certain intervals of the operation cycle will result in a reduction of labour which will produce a savings of 25% over the lifetime of the project.

Senior Technical Project Manager

•	Coached and conducted technical, infrastructure planning and safety training to all Honeywell staff and subcontractors for all projects at several locations in Ontario for P3 projects (Public Private Partnership) including; Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care, London Parkwood Hospital, Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care, St. Joseph’s Hamilton Healthcare, Peel Memorial Hospital, Woodstock General Hospital and METROLINX-East Rail Maintenance Facility. During this time (1year) my colleague left the company and I was the sole Project Manager for all sites. Honeywell hired my new colleague and I provided all the training for his new role for a period of 6 months . This activity saved the company more than $100K
•	Communicated all maintenance details and technological solutions with contractors, architects, engineers and executive staff on a variety of complex items on project sites in order to reduce costs to the project by 10% 
•	Assessed and directed all change orders, energy management and warranty/ deficiency rectification projects ranging from $50K to $5M on multiple P3 sites and generating additional profits well above $5M threshold throughout my tender at Honeywell
•	Managed long-term additional profits and assets through CAPEX & OPEX model on 30-year contract basis. This was achived by carefully selecting and assessing prefered vendors for all sites and negotiating maintenance contracts for an additional $30M over the 30 year term.
