I picked up journaling again this week 📔

To be honest, I don’t know why I stopped. 

Reflecting on your day, jotting down your thoughts and feelings, wins, problems, worries – it’s so good for my head. 

Just getting things down on paper so they’re not taking up too much space up there. 

There’s no structure to it. No expectation. I just let it flow and see what happens. 

Sometimes it seems pointless and other times ifs really revealing. Especially when you look back and see clear patterns.
