My role evolved into Talent Development, expanding my focus beyond acquiring new talent to fostering the growth and performance of existing employees. I led initiatives to ensure all team members were thriving within the business, with a key emphasis on learning and development, internal thought leadership, product training, and performance management. Spearheaded the introduction of key initiatives and benefits to solidify a high-performance culture, including leadership training to equip managers with the skills to embrace a 360° feedback policy that rewarded and encouraged excellence. By aligning development efforts with business goals, I helped create an environment where employees could perform at their best while advancing their careers.

Talent Acquisition & Development Lead

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for a Series A scaling business, I was delivery-focused, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across technical, operational, and go-to-market roles. Owned the process from initial brief to market, ensuring seamless delivery from live vacancy through to the candidate's first day. Notably, I successfully hired the company’s first outbound sales team entirely in-house. Partnered closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourced and engaged top talent, and provided a high-touch candidate experience to support the company’s ambitious growth goals.

Delivered high-quality outcomes through proactive pipeline management, market insights, and a commitment to exceptional candidate and client experiences.

Supported hiring for roles including software developers, testers, data scientists, and product managers, ensuring alignment with clients' growth goals and technical needs. Managed the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating seamless onboarding. Built strong relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering tailored solutions to meet evolving market demands.
