Nominated for the CU PROUD AWARD by supervisors for leadership role. 

Organized, directed, and performed classroom and student group presentations to increase the awareness of Career Services, reaching about 2,500 students a semester. Created first Career Services Advice Blog with weekly posts for the student community. Coordinated tabling events around campus, instruct resume-writing classes, and assist with special projects such as career fairs and resume critique walk-ins. 

Assisted with marketing and implementing the Suit Yourself Event to the Boulder community by collecting and assorting all clothes-drive donations from various Art Cleaners; event reached 900+ CU students and collected $8,500 in donations.

Peer Career Advisor

Vail Resorts

Established a comprehensive and dynamic Share Point intranet site to provide access to core hospitality procedures, training protocols, resource documents and HR tools for both managed and owned properties. Created and presented numerous Hospitality projects such as: Executive Team Sharepoint Training and Hospitality Division Overview presentations, new Steps to Success training cards for employees, and a Customer Loyalty Benchmark Operations Metrix by averaging customer satisfaction survey responses. 

Comprised environmental research with property comparison spreadsheets and researched environmental awards within Vail and other companies to better Vail's Green commitment.
