She is best known for her work negotiating for retail and office tenants and buyers, and has been featured as one of Austin Business Journal's Heavy Hitters and Profiles in Power. She also has represented the sellers for several downtown Austin retail/office buildings. Areas of expertise include sales, tenant and buyer representation, lease renewal and purchase negotiations, relocations, lease restructuring, lease vs. purchase analysis, and subleasing. She purposes to help her clients make decisions that have meaningful impacts on their businesses and portfolios today, and for years ahead. She is a member of the local chapter of the Commercial Broker's Association and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) affiliate. A native Austinite, and resident of East Austin, Caitlin has a deep love for our city and serving in the city's continued exponential growth. She is currently a Committee member for Impact Austin, and a Community Organizer for New Leaf (a social enterprise by the Multicultural Refugee Coalition).
