Caitlyn is an early-career registered nurse with a radiant passion and enthusiasm for professional growth, leadership, and delivering person-centered, evidence-based care. She is deeply committed to empowering those in her care and making a meaningful impact within the nursing profession. Caitlyn is the Chair of the ACN Next Generation Faculty and a 2025 participant in the Australian College of Nursing (ACN) Emerging Nurse Leader (ENL) Program, having completed Stages 2, 3, and 4 as a High Achiever. She has played a key role in co-designing and leading initiatives, including the Next Generation Summit at the National Nursing Forum (NNF) in Cairns, and actively contributes to policy discussions, mentoring programs, and networking events. Her clinical experience spans Intensive Care and Community Health Nursing, with a particular focus on primary health care and health promotion. She is also committed to nursing education and mentorship, supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nursing students as a tutor at the University of Wollongong. In July 2024, Caitlyn commenced a Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Primary Health) to further develop her expertise in community and primary health care. Caitlyn is passionate about driving positive change within the nursing profession, advocating for emerging nurse leaders, and fostering a strong, connected nursing community.
