I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Dayton in December 2023 with a B.S. in Pre-Medicine and a minor in Psychology. In August 2025, I will begin my M.S. in Behavior Analysis at the University of West Florida where I will work as a Graduate Assistant Residence Hall Director after completing my ACUHO-I Internship this summer. With 2 years of research experience—including psychological, biological, and interdisciplinary studies—almost 2 years of student mentorship experience, and nearly 2.5 years of patient care experience, I bring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to the field of behavioral science and academia. My clinical background includes working with children ages 2-14 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both clinics and community settings, as well as providing care for adults over 65 through the Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) and adults pre-operation and post-operation in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). I also have 1.5 years of direct experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where I have previously implemented behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in conjunction with my knowledge of evidence-based tutoring strategies. As I work toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and eventually earning a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I remain grounded in the belief that RBTs are the backbone of ABA. Their direct care work forms the foundation of meaningful progress for clients, and they deserve consistent, compassionate, and informed support from their supervising BCBAs and most importantly, from the company that they serve. I strive to embody that standard in all collaborative work. I value ethical integrity, lifelong learning, skillful collaboration, and cultivating a diverse, adaptable skill set across fields. My strengths include ABA, ASD, psychological and scientific research, creative and academic writing, patient care, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
