Created over 10 written content proposals, filmed and edited 30+ vertically-integrated forms of content for posting across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Combined viewership and engagement across posts: 4 million views; 1.1 million total engagements (likes, comments, & shares). 

[Live Appearances]
Served as a guest on the MLB Network during 1) a live alternative broadcast, and 2) a remote appearance to raise awareness about the MLB Creator Class and other MLB initiatives. Grand total number of views: 71,000; grand total number of likes: 952; grand total number of comments: 44.

Served as a host for a 15-minute MLB TikTok Live during the World Series at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA. Alongside a co-host, collaborated with Cleveland Guardians pitcher Triston McKenzie to discuss best pitching practices & lifestyle choices. Total number of views accumulated during live: 20,000; total number of engagements (likes, comments, & shares): 4,000.

Secretary - Public Health Student Assembly

During the summer of 2021, I served as a Graduate Intern in the Revenue Cycle of Hartford HealthCare in Hartford Connecticut. In my time there, I was able to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with departmental leaders (see below):

- Conducted Revenue Cycle Strategic Planning research and presented findings and suggestions to Executive Leadership (Return-to-work provisions, office renovations, & accountability huddles). 
- Drafted Revenue Cycle system-level communications for Healthfuse, our 3rd Party Vendor Management Partner (held touch bases with Executive Leadership in HHC Revenue Cycle and with Healthfuse Executives). 
- Proposed an Automation Strategy for Level 1 work and conducted an analysis of the costs, benefits, and possible timeline of implementation for the Revenue Cycle.
- Drafted a Charter & SBAR for the Neighborhood Health Project, which was approved by the VP of Middle Revenue Cycle Operations and accepted by the committee.
- Initiated conversations with leadership regarding the Mortality/Death Certificate Processing Project.

Completed an internship opportunity through the University of Michigan Summer Enrichment Program. I have been placed at St. Joseph Mercy (Ann Arbor), and am serving as an Intern in the Office of Administrative Services.  My job descriptions and projects are as follows:

- Optimization of leader rounding tools, creating more specific department classifications, sending action items to groups and summarizing.
- Development of a patient satisfaction-tracking and measurement tools to create a standardized way of review current data collected
- Creating an organizational vision for recruiting and retaining Advanced Practice Providers
- Administrative Support across the campus
- Locating External Funding Sources of FTEs
- Financial data note gathering for reference

Completed an internship for the University of Michigan Summer Enrichment Program. Each summer, 18-25 undergraduate students from across the country come to Ann Arbor for eight weeks of education, mentoring, internships with health care organizations in Southeast Michigan, and preparation for graduate school success.

- Collaborate with other on-campus organizations.
- Participate and organize community service initiatives in the area.

Vice President - Omicron Alpha Beta Chapter

As the Editor of the Sphinx, my responsibilities included the following:

- Documentation of events that the chapter participated in and keeping track of community service opportunities
- Taking photos, videos, and live streams of Fraternal events on and off-campus
- Posting updates, events, and accomplishments on the chapter's social media pages to increase public awareness
- Creating summarization reports and sending them off to the District Director for review

Editor of the Sphinx - Delta Alpha Chapter

Caleb obtained his Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan in April of 2022. He is a 2020 graduate of Claflin University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has an interest in Healthcare/Hospital Administration, and takes pride in building relationships and increasing networking opportunities. 

His experiences in Business and Health were gained through coursework and internships he has participated in during his undergraduate summers.  He has administrative work experience (documentation, reporting, note-compilation, and data analysis) in both an office setting and a private care home setting. He has also provided in-home and community care for special-needs patients. He considers himself versatile, as he can thrive in and adjust to different work environments. Caleb understands the importance of putting people first and is willing to serve when called.

Lawrence P. Ward has been named the next president of the University of Hartford. 

A dynamic leader in the national higher education landscape with deep Connecticut roots has been selected to be the next president of the University of Hartford. Lawrence P. Ward, Ed.D, currently vice president for learner success and dean of campus life at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, will become UHart’s seventh president on July 1.

The 5th Annual Stars Dancing for Parkinson's is just under one month away! Each year, this fundraiser supports the Hartford HealthCare Ayer Neuroscience Institute Chase Family Movement Disorders Center - which will assist in providing additional access to care and resources for patients in our communities who suffer from Parkinson's Disease (PD). 
•
According to the Parkinson's Foundation, PD is the second-most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's disease. Nearly 90,000 people in the U.S. are diagnosed with PD each year, and more than 10 million people across the world are living with PD.

This event was also an extended continuation of Women's History Month. ❤

The discussion was elegantly moderated by Raicheen B, Senior Financial Analyst, and we were so fortunate to have Dr. Joanne Berger-Sweeney as our guest panelist, who provided insight, perspective, and expertise on an array of topics - including career development, her experiences in research and academia, and so much more. Nearly 90 colleagues from across the system were in attendance to witness this engaging conversation.

Dr. Joanne Berger-Sweeney is the 22nd president of Trinity College-Hartford, and is an accomplished neuroscientist. She is the first African-American women to serve as president of the college since it was founded in 1823. We are forever grateful for all the work she has done, and continue to do, in being a beacon of light for students, healthcare workers, and society in general. We appreciate her for taking time out of her schedule to talk to our colleagues. I had the privilege of attending Hartford Hospital's Black and Red for the 3rd time with Melanie Tucker (she/her) this past Saturday. Congrats to the team for raising $2.6 Million for the Emergency Department. We enjoyed a wonderful program delivered by Bimal Patel and Jeffrey Flaks, great conversations, world-class entertainment from Jennifer Hudson, and terrific food provided by Max Hospitality. One of my top highlights was meeting the energetic and articulate Caleb Green, MHSA. As the video shows, he does a fantastic job, and Hartford Healthcare is always his focus!

How is March Madness and Social Media Similar? 

1. Anyone can win at anytime. On social media, any post can go viral at anytime. Any ad campaign can find more steam for success. Your time is coming, keep posting (like hoopers shoot). 

2. The underdog shines. The underdog shines like a social media manager shines daily. No one sees the behind the scenes grind like a hooper in a gym. And if you feel like you haven't had social media success yet, give it some more time. We are hungry for wins. 

3. The chaos. Everyday in social media there is chaos. There's a typo, there's wrong post, there's an upset customer, there's a new trend, there's a new tool, there is the next campaign we have to plan for. Some thrive in more chaotic environments than others, but at the end of the day it's organized chaos. 

4. Can't take your eyes off it. If you are a hoops fan, hard to get away from the screens the first weekend of March Madness. Same with social media, can't take your eyes off the screen. Got to be plugged in and in-tune to win. 

5. It's all a gamble. Everyday as marketers we take calculated risks. So if you are betting on the game or a team to help you win, hire Fresh Content Society.
