Based in London, Caleb works with the leadership of insurers, reinsurers and brokers on advanced analytics, treasury, payments, digital and lean transformations solutions - with the added benefits of leveraging AI and ML capabilities. With a background in property and casualty insurance, Caleb is an innovation expert with years of innovation and digital transformation experience. Before joining FIS, Caleb was an Innovation Consultant at Swiss Re in London where he worked on various international strategic projects supporting insurers in London, South Africa, Zurich and Qatar. Caleb was a key member of the New Technologies Working Group Committee of the Geneva Association. In this role, he led Swiss Re's engagement and collaborated with senior technology leaders in the insurance industry to explore the impact of new technologies and data on driving growth and cost-efficiency. Passionate about pets, Caleb holds a position as a board member and trustee at Woodgreen Pets Charity, a prominent organization and one of the largest pet charities in the UK dedicated to supporting pets and their owners.
