As the former Head of Sales & Brand Partnerships at InspireMore, I orchestrated the entire sales cycle and fostered relationships with advertising partners and networks. My role also involved collaborating with the CEO and CMO on sales strategy planning, drawing on my expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) and effective communication. Simultaneously, my background in church ministry and entrepreneurship led me to co-found Unify Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the Local Church by equipping ministry leaders with the resources they need. From obtaining 501(c)(3) status to spearheading vital business operations, I played a key role in its establishment. Additionally, I have experience in preaching, leading diverse teams, and organizing various church activities and events. Recently, I've embarked on a new adventure as the Founder of 3:23 Training & Development, a wrestling consulting business focused on the holistic development of developing student-athletes. Our mission is to empower young wrestlers not only in their sport but also in life, cultivating a mindset that transcends the mat. Beyond my professional journey, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Reinhardt University and, alongside my wife, am working to build our family legacy in the Nashville area.
