My mission is to work towards equitable representation and opportunity in STEM. As the Associate Director of DEI at Mediaocean, I leverage my expertise to foster a culture of learning and belonging. I have experience developing and leading the implementation of a global strategy including managing DEI initiatives, programs, and partnerships to further equity in the workplace. Some key achievements include an organizational policy transition to a skills-based hiring model, launching and mentoring 13 Employee Resource Groups, structuring external partnerships with nonprofit organizations to increase representation of underrepresented individuals in tech, and planning and facilitating company-wide events and discussions on DEI topics.
