Complete rebuilding of EVO integrated payments strategy: restructuring to execution within 6 months with consistent MOM growth after launch. Signed and boarded more than 80 ISVs contributing more than 2200 MIDs in 24 months. Replication and deployment of US payments strategy in Ireland, Spain and UK. Responsible for 60% of international ISV pipeline and development. Created a ring-fenced organization to effectively support EVO’s integrated payment processing partners, including training and development of Customer Service, Technical Support, Risk and Underwriting.
