• Partner with the CFO and the VP of Business Development to assure that all bids created under newly established verticals were profitable

• Skilled in proprietary knowledge of the unique sales and operational process, financial modeling, knowledge of sales commissions, preferred services, financial statements, operational impact, IT infrastructure, economies of scale

• Conducted strategic analysis to validate the alignment of opportunities with the organization’s strategic goals

• Key Accomplishments/Responsibilities: 

           o The creation, management and maintenance of the proprietary “Maintenance Plus Field Pricing Generator”, (M+ FPG) and the “Maintenance Plus Pricing Generator “, (M+ PG)

           o These tools are currently used by over 170 people within Valet Waste

           o M+ FPG and M+ PG are unique tools that assist the business development organization manage the Valet Waste Maintenance Plus program

           o These programs streamlined the sales and operational processes as the proprietary programs reduced the bidding process from an average of 15 hours to 10 minutes

           o M+ FPG and M+ PG enabled Valet Waste to significantly increase the number of executed agreements year over year

           o Transitioned the employee compensation process (over 2,000 employees) from the Operations team  to the Finance Department 

           o Created the infrastructure to facilitate the P&L analysis at the property level (over 2,000 locations) for all Valet Waste verticals

Sammo Energy (ENGLAND)

Global company specialized in converting waste heat from industrial processes into usable electricity for local consumption in replacement of energy sourced from the grid.

• Lead business development in Italy, Spain, Romania, Portugal in connection with solutions based on renewable energy technologies to lower the dependence of an industry from the grid resulting in substantial savings for partners

• Research and identify target markets to contact potential corporate partners with a minimum turnover of €100 M annually in the cement, steel, glass and aluminum sectors

• Explain, educate, and convince company leadership on the benefits of installing Sammo’s Ecological Energy Hedging Facility

• Facilitated negotiations with the biggest companies in the above identified sectors; contracts are in stages of LOI; continuing to work virtually while in FT MBA program
