Primary HR contact for the organization through the HR Manager's leave and transition to part-time status. Managed 5 systems, processed all new hires/terminations, planned company events, lead major HRIS system implementation, managed payroll processing, all leaves, benefit enrollments, etc.

Human Resources Assistant (Human Resources Generalist)

HR Contact and administrative support for the Residential Department. Managed interviews, onboarding, employee licensing requirements, corporate foster care licensing requirements, financial documentation for foster care expenses, training schedule management, etc.

Residential Administrative Assistant/HR

Developed the position specifically managing a complex, 24/7 scheduling of support staff within the residential program. The schedule consisted of about 1200 positions per month and primarily college-age staff. Requirements included proper training and licensure to support specific clients. Significant problem-solving to fill licensing requirements in cases of short staffing or employees calling in sick.
