Video / YouTube Team Lead

AJ&Smart 

- Responsible for overseeing all video content production and distribution at AJ&Smart.

- Developed data driven approach to content production and distribution strategies.

- Highly experienced with audience / platform growth and optimisation, principally Youtube.

- Built robust research practices / briefing templates / video workflows for the wider video team.

- Grew the AJ&Smart Youtube channel over 10x in 2 years, 150K (and counting!). 

- Optimised and re-purposed video content for multi channel distribution. 

- Directed and edited video material for AJ&Smart's award winning online courses, including the Design Sprint Masterclass, Level Up, our landing pages and more.

- Worked closely with applied marketing to script, film, edit and distribute highly targeted social media ads and marketing funnel content. 

- Hosted daily vlog Instagram stories, engaging our audience of 57K+ followers and documenting daily agency life.

Video Content Specialist

- Responsible for overseeing all video content production and distribution at AJ&Smart.

- Grew the AJ&Smart Youtube channel over 5x in one year. We're now over 127k subscribers (and counting!). 

- Optimise and re-purpose video content for multi channel distribution.
