My career began front of house, where I learnt the power of presence, warmth, and attention to detail. Over the past 3.5 years, I’ve moved into sales and events - areas that align closely with my strengths in relationship-building and project management. I take pride in managing the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to the seamless delivery of each event, always ensuring the guest experience remains at the core. My main focus currently is on driving commercial success through partnerships, local marketing, and proactive sales which I very much enjoy as it’s giving me the opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven thinking to deliver results that make a difference for both our guests and the business. I have been fortunate to receive industry recognition, including multiple nominations for Networker of the Year and Young Professional of the Year, and winning One to Watch Female of 2025. But what I value most is making an impact - building trust, elevating standards, and helping others feel seen, heard, and valued.
