A passionate, driven and conscientious individual with nearly six year's demonstrated history in the telecommunications industry and a well-rounded understanding of customer-retention strategies. Driven to exceed sales goals and build long-term relationships with stakeholders through excellent customer care; a highly ambitious and diligent professional. From a young age, I recognised that I wanted more than a 9-5 and wanted the escape the realms of the matrix. At 17, I took it upon myself to begin learning how to generate multiple passive income streams to afford me the freedom to live life fully on my terms. Having taught myself how to trade the financial markets, I was able to purchase my first rental property at 19. While working a full-time job and undertaking a full-time degree, I completed renovations to increase it's value while continuing to surpass expectations and achieve optimum results in both my work and academic life. While in my second year of undergraduate study, I discovered the world of eCommerce and began eBay Dropshipping, a business model which fulfils wholesale orders direct from a supplier. Having found success in this industry, using Shopify eCommerce platform, I launched MyFitTech in January 2022, an online business, wholesaling fitness technology designed to enhance performance through tracked data. In October 2022, came the foundation of The Prime Emporium, a wholesale e-commerce business which utilises Amazon's FBA fulfilment programme. Using product research and seller software, Jungle Scout, we are able to identify key trends in Amazon searches and use this data to tailor product offerings across a range of industries to generate revenue accordingly.
