•	Assisted in the development of a bottom-up financial forecast for the next financial year, for a 1.6 million GBP£ charity, helping aid decision making.
•	Responsibilities included analysing data for client fees, to produce fee bandings, averages and summaries of fees being paid by clients, in order to assist with monitoring and forecasting income.
•	This enhanced Excel, forecasting and analytical abilities.

Work Experience Placement as a Business Analyst

•	I was responsible for deliveries and processing phone orders; this required intensive multitasking under pressure. I co-ordinated food preparation with the delivery drivers to ensure punctual deliveries. This experience taught me to be fast and decisive on my feet.
•	This required strong customer facing skills as interaction was key to delivering a positive customer experience.
•	This role also developed my teamworking skills as I had to work closely with my co-workers to make sure that everything ran smoothly.
•	This taught me important values such as punctuality and dedication, both of which I am certain to take forward into later life.

Take Out Waiter

GEOTECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSOCIATES

•	I worked as part of a geo technical team who provided specialist support to the construction team.
•	I worked both in the field and in the office. I assisted with sediment analysis and examined maps to understand the geology of building sites.
•	Working with other professionals enabled me to develop my confidence and communication skills in a business environment.

•	This is an architecture firm based in London that designs a variety of environments. 
•	When I was there, I used computer software such as SketchUp to help design interiors. I also assisted on the design of Coventry university’s student bar and helped find the appropriate resources such as lights and tiles.

Hello, I'm currently on a placement year as a Bid Manager at RingCentral, where I help drive new business opportunities through the development and submission of winning proposals. Prior to this, I studied BSc Business Economics at Lancaster University and gained experience as an Equity Analyst at the Ghosal Fund. I'm excited to apply my skills and knowledge in this industry setting, and I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds in my career.
