🔹I'm the co-admin of the Notion en Français / Notion France community which is present on Discord - Facebook - Twitter - Youtube. I had the original idea in sept. 2020 and we launched the community in feb 2021

My daily tasks consists in (but are not limited to) :

- Troubleshooting technical issues related to either the account, the website, the campaign (or sub-levels of the campaign) of the customer contacting us.

- Providing account/campaigns optimisation tips.

- Responding in a timely manner to customer's queries on all channels (phone, chat, email)

- Escalating & routing to proper team if specific expertise is needed to resolve the issue.

- Participate in internal pilot projects

Destination Hostels

After previously being a volunteer in their hostel group, I got the chance to intern for 5 weeks in their office to help their marketer with : 

- Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram)
- Customer support on tourism-specific channels (Hostelworld, Booking.com, Tripadvisor)
- Light Graphic Design for their social media accounts & flyers
- Creation of a prototype of a brochure for their activities/services
-  Market Research (Hostels in Lisbon & nearby) 
- Analysis of the website, detecting pain-points in the UI, giving feedback to the webmaster (dev/design) & working together on a new design to drive more conversions

Marketing Assistant Intern

Initially, I was hired in August 2013 to cover the holidays of the 2 saleswomen that were taking care of Chantelle & Passionata stands within the Galeries Lafayette of Nice Massena.

Then, they would hire me from time to time to help with specific events (inventory, pre-sales and sales periods).

I was also hired to work in the nearby Galeries Lafayette (Cap3000) for the same brands, to help the other team with similar missions.

Then, a full-time position opened due to the addition of the brand "Chantal Thomass". I applied and luckily, I got the job !

During my time as a full-time salesperson for Groupe Chantelle, my missions consisted in : 

- Assisting all visitors of Galeries Lafayette if needed be
- Helping GL with their fidelization program by 'selling it' to the customers (free & paid options)
- Direct sales : strong expertise needed in bra-fitting, morphology types, clothing materials, fashion trends
- Handling payments
- Tracking of all sales + KPIs + reporting of the key numbers to our direct manager 
- Handle returns & exchanges
- Handle stock management, seasonal returns to warehouses
- Participate to seasonal trainings + annual seminar in the headquarters (Cachan)
- Following merchandising recs & applying them while still testing what was working best in terms of sales -> feedback to merchandising team
- Events promotion
- Direct customer service (solving issues, elevating them to the management when necessary, maximize client/visitor satisfaction)
