- Responsible to the Division President for all long-range financial matters. 

- Lead execution of Division financial strategy. 

- Develop annual budget. Provide monthly and quarterly reporting towards achieving budget goals. Quarterly re-forecasting due to current financial outlook. 

- Manage accounting procedures. Ensure all accounting practices are in accordance with GAAP.

- Support the coordination of functions between Business Development, Administration, Finance, Central Services, and Brand reputation.

- Improve operational processes and budgetary management throughout the organization. 

- Build the practices, processes and tools for data capture to assist business leaders in informed decision making. 

- Increase transparency and expand the understanding of budgetary spending across departments and programs. 

- Act as Chief Problem Solver to handle ad hoc issues that arise. Develop and implement smart solutions
