Camille Renshaw is CEO and CoFounder of B+E, the first net lease brokerage firm with a proprietary technology platform. B+E helps clients buy and sell NNN, sale leaseback and 1031 exchanges. B+E has offices nationwide - NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, Orange County CA, Atlanta, Tampa, and Dallas. B+E holds the record for the largest commercial real estate transaction sold by a digital platform, a $324M portfolio. Camille is a serial entrepreneur who began coding in 7th grade and has had many successful startups, including Dyzco Technologies, which she sold to American Financial Services Corp. The proceeds from those early sales were used for her first commercial real estate investments. Subsequently she joined Colliers International and later founded the NYC office for the Stan Johnson Company. Building on her background in both technology and CRE, Camille then became Head of Sales for Ten-X, a Google Capital company and leading online marketplace for commercial real estate that includes products like Auction.com. She serves as Corporate Board Member and Advisor to multiple companies, including Blace.com, Artemis Bow Real Estate, and Bones Investment Group. Camille is a 2024-2025 Director on the CREW Network Global Board. An established industry leader, Camille makes frequent appearances as a keynote speaker for organizations such as ULI, CCIM, and CREW. She is quoted extensively in leading publications, such as WSJ, Bloomberg, Wired, The New Yorker, and GlobeSt.com. Most recently, GlobeSt picked up her podcast, “Women in Net Lease,” which highlights the incredible women working in Net Lease and their paths to success. Camille has closed over $30B in transaction volume, earning her the nickname “The Catalyst” from Real Estate Forum. GlobeSt and REF have named her “Best Boss in CRE” multiple times, including 2023. CREW NYC awarded her the “2022 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.” Commercial Property Executive magazine named Camille the “2022 Net Lease Executive of the Year,” via a peer vote of leading CRE executives. CREW Global Network awarded her the "2020 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award." CPE named Camille the “2020 Innovator of the Year” for her work across multiple CRE tech companies.
