Black Executive Men

As the Global Director for Black Executive Men Community, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth and management of the B.E.M. online community at a global level. In this role, I will to set goals and objectives that align with the organization's mission and vision. I will ensure cohesive and effective operations for BEM Community. In addition, I am responsible for coordinating and facilitating monthly council calls to discuss relevant topics and initiatives, while providing support to the Community Leadership Team, as needed. As Global Director, it will be my honor to support the professional success of black men in corporate America.

As the National Director for Black Executive Men Community, I am charged with leading the Council of Directors, which is comprised of Regional Directors from around the country. In this role, I will collaborate with the Regional Directors to ensure cohesive and effective operations for BEM Community. In addition, it is my responsibility to coordinate and facilitate monthly council calls to discuss relevant topics and initiatives, while providing support and assistance to Regional Directors, as needed. As National Director, it will be my honor to support the professional success of black men in corporate America.

Served as a trusted leader, providing assistance in the planning, coordination, and execution of designated missions involving Combatant Commands, Components, Joint Task Forces, the Interagency, and international partners. Delivered CBRN technical proficiency, CWMD doctrinal and planning support, assessments of execution consequences, and CBRN hazard prediction analysis capabilities. These analyses aimed to identify worst-case and/or most likely effects, aiding crisis action planning for resolving CBRN situations. Fulfilling the role of a Readiness Representative, diligently monitored and adjusted requirements, providing a comprehensive overview for Agency leadership. Efficiently executed the Department-level redistribution of equipment to align with Agency space guidelines, resulting in enhanced accessibility, no asset losses, and significant cost savings by eliminating the need to procure additional resources. Went beyond regular responsibilities to offer IT asset management and support, ensuring on-site personnel could access necessary networks for task and mission completion. As an asset manager, conducted periodic inventories using business systems, facilitating successful equipment transfers and maintaining a 100% retention rate for assigned equipment. Conducted training sessions and shared expertise with four newly appointed property custodians, bolstering the Department's capacity to manage allocated equipment. Reviewed travel claims, rectifying any identified errors before approval to prevent fraudulent payments.
