At CANVVS, I lead a team for the development and management of our Marketplace, while working closely with our US-based technical team  and CTO to implement and refine its initiatives. 

I have been collaborating with our international sneaker artists dynamic creative community to elevate their work through innovative digital solutions, while understanding the nuances of the fashion and luxury goods market, managing and enhancing user experiences across our platforms.

I have also the opportunity to work on the opening of our concept store on Oxford Street, contributing to customer journey design, UX, and marketing strategies to create a seamless and engaging retail experience. 

My approach integrates a deep understanding of team leading, design and strategy, ensuring that all projects align with business objectives while supporting the creative community and fostering innovation and revenue.

As a Relationship Manager at E2E, my primary focus is on skillfully navigating the diverse needs and expectations of our expansive membership, which currently stands at 24,000. My role involves fostering meaningful connections, a process initiated by engaging in conversations aimed at comprehending the unique challenges and requirements of each member. This proactive approach not only allows me to address immediate concerns but also positions me to identify and capitalise on opportunities that can significantly enhance the support we provide.

Drawing from a rich entrepreneurial background spanning a decade and leveraging over two decades of design experience, my role extends beyond traditional relationship management and into Business Design. I play a pivotal part in the design process, contributing to the refinement and innovation of our products and services. This involves not only shaping the aesthetics but infusing a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial journey, complete with its trials and triumphs. By integrating design thinking, empathy, and a profound understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape, I continuously work towards enhancing the value proposition of E2E, providing the kind of support I would have valued during my own entrepreneurial journey.

It started as an support studio for Log!c, focusing in developing simple and cost efficient solutions,  with a functional and creative design, such as HD prototypes, branding, social media, strategic marketing, SEO, websites and many more.

Since spinning off from Log!c, I’ve helped the agency with over 35 contracts, delivering over 60 prototypes and cementing Superb as a respected and sought-after digital marketing agency.

Co-founded a small design studio where we apply Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Strategy Design,
Service and Product Design, Lean, UX/UI and other agile methods in order to help developing products, services or business concepts. At Log!c, we focus on disseminating Design throughout our services and products, within all companies of the group, as well as our clients. 

I have since helped facilitate over 40 different projects of Design, globally, online or presential, with clients such as Natura&Co, Saint-Gobain, SAP, ServiceNow, Imerys, Fette Compacting, UK DIT (Department for International Trade), SEBRAE and many more.

AngaTech was a British-Brazilian AI, Big Data and Recognition technology startup for data management and mining. A joint-venture between Scipet and LogicMundo Group, we promoted our technology in the form of Crowdpet App, an animal body recognition machine learning focusing on the straight animals’ population .

Not only I was the Product, Service and Strategy Designer of the startup but I also took on the role of Business Development, from promoting the product, pitching, sales meetings, producing proposals, participanting in events such as the Startup Games, promoted by the British Embassy in Brazil and the DIT, which  got us landed in the UK by invitation of the DIT. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we decided to finish the join venture.

Manager for the LATAM Market, I was responsible for leasing with clients and consultants,
first-contact recruitment of ERP consultants, development of new business, specialized
know-how of the Brazilian (South American) market and vast knowledge of the SAP and Oracle
ERP market, as well as other technologies (Java, OpenText, Cloud, BI, .Net, JDE and others).

I was able to create an extensive and strong portfolio of consultants working simultaneously on high margin contracts with clients such as Accenture, Capgemini, Atos, Petrobras, Vale, Oracle, SAP, etc.
