• Architected the instructional design, digitization, and launched an 18-month employee training program for new technical hires. 
• Modified and updated the leadership development training program.  
• Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) designing and leading virtual training enterprise wide. 
• Recognized as an expert on WebEx, Articulate 360, and MS Teams. 
• Trained instructors and managers on converting courses to webinars, using virtual tools, best practices, and new teaching strategies.
