Key Accomplishments:
Mobilized on a “save the client relationship” client engagement after another consultant failed to deliver on expectations.  Quickly turned around deliverables and created a 30-page Strategic Staffing Plan, built effective rapport with client stakeholders, and exceeded expectations to help them grow from 20 to 80+ employees in Q1 2024.

Delivery Manager responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage recruiting strategies for the branch.
Set priorities and direct work flow of recruiters, support and sales staff.  Ensured service level agreements and contractual requirements were met on a daily basis.  Primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues with external and internal customers.

Regional Training and Operations Management responsibilities:
Oversaw training of in-house staff in Oregon / Washington / Idaho. Responsible for supporting and communicating regional and corporate initiatives. Facilitate training sessions in Online, classroom and one on-one settings on Volt's Front Office Systems and a wide range of Operational Policies & Procedures. Work with Management across the region to identify training opportunities and work to establish best practices. Six Sigma Green Belt:
Mobilized and lead several Six Sigma teams for large scale improvement projects in both DFSS and DMAIC processes. Experienced in mentoring Green Belt projects and training Lean Six Sigma methodology tools. Established effective relationships with executives, stakeholders and team members. Implemented Lean Six-Sigma solutions within the recruiting operation to streamline candidate on-boarding procedures, resulting in significant cost-savings and improving customer satisfaction. 

Recruiter responsibilities:
Utilize traditional and creative sourcing strategies including networking and web-based Boolean searches. Ensure total customer satisfaction by handling inquires and resolving challenges arising with customer and field employees. Negotiate and set labor rates, as well as administer benefits and conduct new hire orientations. Extensive use of web-based search engines and applicant tracking systems.
