Before building a six-figure online practice in just 3 years, I helped launch a yoga studio that grew to 450+ members, giving me a unique lens on sustainable growth, community building, and the energetics of leadership.

As a Reiki Master focused on root-cause healing, I help clients reconnect with themselves during life’s most pivotal transitions. 

My signature approach, Grounded Spirituality, bridges inner work with real-world clarity so clients can align their energy, identity, and next steps. I work with those brand new to energy work as well as high-performing entrepreneurs who feel stuck, disconnected, or unclear.

I was honored to attend Kristi Straw, MBA - Executive Strategist’s Pinnacle Dinner event… and it did not disappoint in any way.

The venue The Hamilton was beautiful, the food was unique & delicious, and the conversations were priceless. 

Thank you Kara Taddeo for sharing some of your special food favorites with us! Who knew cali-pizza could be so fancy (and good!).

One moment that stood out to me was when she asked us to make a BIG ask. 

You could feel the room pause… most of us didn’t quite know what words were supposed to follow… then we opened up...

I know for me, I’m always 100% able to bridge connection, open doors, and build opportunities for others… yet I often shy away from voicing what I need.

Last night challenged all of us to sit with that question alongside what are we shedding.

What are we letting go of, and what are we making space for in this next year?

The beauty of coming together in community like this isn’t just about having a great time.

It’s about the kind of connection that strengthens our ability to make a bold ask, actually speak it out loud, and then follow through on the very things we want to grow into in this next season.

Walking women back to themselves is one of my greatest honors.

I had the privilege of guiding a group of professional women through an experiential energy session at the SheLeadsDC event, beautifully curated by Diena (Dee) Mosely. 

We explored the origins of Imposter Syndrome 

Because the only way to shift a pattern is to see it, honor it, and then choose to move differently. 👏🏼

And this day…

We paused.
We listened.
We breathed.
We felt.

You could feel the room shift:
from doing → being
from thinking → presence
from holding it all together → letting themselves be held

This is just one practice we’ll move through in January…
