This metaphor uses James Bond as a symbol of precision, performance, and trusted execution in mission-critical environments. He doesn’t request three vendor quotes :))) He doesn’t compromise performance to meet a budget. Because when the stakes are existential, value is measured by outcomes—not cost. Likewise, in management consulting, value isn't measured by cost—it’s measured by outcomes. Performance. Precision. Trust.... This thinking deepened for me during my training with Paul Russell’s Luxury Academy, which introduced a simple but powerful shift: “𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥. 𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫e.” That resonated deeply. Because clients today don’t want to be sold to. They want to acquire conviction, clarity, and competitive edge... At ITGT, we’ve embraced this shift fully... Overstaffed, fragmented, and struggling to honor the principles it was built on. The irony is sharp,firms designed to guide others through disruption are stumbling in their own.... This reflection became even sharper during recent conversations with Tien Yin Wong 黄天荫 from Tsinghua University, where the AI Agent Hospital is being born, not as an AI add-on, but with AI as the central nervous system of the entire institution.
