Some make excuses. I find a way. I’ve been working since I was 16, so I had to learn early on how to solve problems with creativity, limited resources, and a lot of autonomy. That’s how I found in digital marketing not just a profession, but a fertile ground to develop this instinct — testing, failing, learning, and constantly evolving. Data logic and a strong sense of urgency have always guided me. I’ve lived through the transition from traditional marketing to performance-driven marketing — focused on real results, end-to-end journeys, and decisions grounded in insight, not assumptions. Today, I apply this background deeply in CRM and Growth. Not because I “pivoted” — but because I understood that without structured relationships and a clear strategy for acquisition, retention, and monetization, no campaign delivers sustainable results. I’ve led strategies for lead generation, automation, and nurturing across different business models — including inbound, outbound, complex B2B sales, and B2C operations. I work alongside marketing, sales, and product teams to turn noise into process, ideas into execution, and data into decision. I'm known for being a relentless problem-solver. I work with intensity, adaptability, and a real focus on making things happen. Some call me “the engine of the team” — for how I take ownership of challenges, dive into the details, and don’t stop until it's done. I enjoy working with people, navigating fast-paced routines, and thriving in environments where thinking and doing go hand in hand. I don’t hide behind a title: I’m technical, I’ve led teams — but above all, I’m someone who believes in the power of rolling up my sleeves every single day. I have hands-on and strategic experience with leading platforms — enough to know that tools don’t drive results on their own, but in the right hands, they amplify everything. In 2024, I had the honor of winning the *Growth Awards – Agency of the Year*, alongside The Lever team, for our work in CRM and Growth with a major telecom player. A symbolic milestone in a journey that began with improvisation, but was always guided by strategy and a clear direction: to sell.
