Hi, I’m Cara!!! My style can be summed up with two words: infectious enthusiasm! I love using the power of positive words to make a difference in people’s lives. My high-energy and expressive style is infused in everything I teach, and my enthusiasm transfers to my clients so they take action sooner and accomplish their goals faster! I’m passionate about serving Government Leaders because I believe that ALL RELATIONSHIPS NEED GREAT COMMUNICATION to survive and thrive. I learned from an early age that your communication habits will determine the level of success and fulfillment you experience ... I also know that Healthy Communication doesn’t come naturally to everyone. Let’s just say that while I was growing up, my mother was not a great communicator. Despite her best intentions, she could be pretty harsh … we had a lot of disagreements when I was growing up, and well into adulthood … But I loved my mother, and I was inspired to find a way that we could connect! So, I dedicated myself to learning the secrets of Healthy Communication. I spent more than 10,000 hours studying and practicing Healthy Communication Frameworks. As my passion for the subject grew, I started traveling around the world training and coaching others on what I had learned. There were a lot of things that Mom and I never saw eye-to-eye on; but through the power of Healthy Communication, we were able to reach a peace and understanding between us before she passed on. That will forever be my proudest accomplishment. I love that my work as an Organizational Development Consultant at 34 Strong enables me to build those same kinds of bridges between colleagues.
