Over time, I realized that I wanted to focus more on transformative change, working with integrity and purpose, helping organizations thrive in ways that benefit both their people and the planet. 7+ years consulting, dedicating myself to supporting Bcorps, social impact, climate companies & NGO’s & their leaders to refine strategies, boost productivity, and create sustainable growth and revenue. As the founder of Softer Success®, I created a groundbreaking business assessment called ‘A Walk Through the Forest,‘ which diagnoses organizational inefficiencies in just 90 seconds. This work, developed with top universities and researchers, is grounded in my passion for understanding human sustainability & operational efficiency. I also founded the Work Reset Revolution podcast, where I explore the radical changes needed in workplace habits to ensure long-term success. As business advisor, and consultant at Greenopia—a climate startup creating eco-communities for healthy living—I’ve had the privilege of working with some truly inspiring people. My most recent inspiring work was with the International Red Cross Federation conducting an operations audit and creating structures for transformation.
