New Systems Trainer / Communications Champion

Currently oversee majority of internal company wide training, training new starters to the business whilst also developing existing members of staff.
Currently overseeing the integration of new systems, creating training guides and ensuring teams are fully cross trained for the merge of three individual departments into one.
I liaise with project managers to oversee and advise on any system changes and new business.

Currently my role is to attain new business clients for A.J. Gallagher corporate insurance. This could involve clients completely new to the business, clients that were previously with the business or existing clients who need new business.

New Business Account Manager w/ AJ Gallagher

Barclays UK

I took this role on a short term basis to gain further info and experience on what was needed and the overall process to opening a business account.
I dealt with small business account openings and also international business accounts that required a specific type of currency.
I also dealt with, on occasions, opening prisoner accounts, for those currently serving custodial sentences.

New business account opening (Both UK and international)

BGL Group

In this role as a universal advisor. I dealt with motor insurance. My role was to advise the customer on any issue/query or request needed. This could be anything from selling a motor insurance policy to dealing with a complaint and having to find a resolution at first opportunity.
I also processed any mid term adjustments, any account closures and customer retention.
Through BGL we provided customer service for over 10 major brands as most of our custom came directly through 'Compare The Market' so each customer varied in type of query and company they were with.
I would liaise with underwriters/insurers and clients to ensure the level of service was up to company and customer standard. 
Everything was FCA regulated and strict guidelines to be adhered to when dealing with each enquiry.

Universal Advisor

I have experience in customer experience across various fields and industries.
Having work in retail, insurance, e-learning and supply chain.

I have worked as a sales advisor, account manager, customer experience advisor/team leader/manager, training and development manager and new systems trainer.

Currently working at SCC as a trainer/DAP specialist, helping to build, design and maintain a new platform.

Travel is my number one hobby! Trying to see it all while I’m here! 
I also DJ every Saturday afternoon on 106.3 FM & DAB as my other passion is music
