Head of TV4 Play

Fotbollskanalen is one of Sweden’s largest sport news publisher, and the biggest in the field of football. As Head, I was responsible for operations as well as the P&L and financial result of Fotbollskanalen, including all revenues from advertising and consumers, as well as costs for editorial staff, production, product development and administration. In 2018, I managed to turn the business into a profit for the first time in 10 years. 

I worked closely with the content, technology and sales departments of Bonnier Broadcasting and TV4, in order to deliver the best football news service in Sweden.

ENT was a creative network for content creators on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat, that helped Sweden’s best creators to develop and monetize their work through content marketing. Was responsible for distribution strategy, marketing strategy, and sales strategy.

WOO was an online video ad alliance between TV4, Expressen, Dagens Nyheter and Dagens Industri. I was responsible for the development of our proprietary video ad platform WOO Manager, as well as for designing and executing our programmatic video and targeted ads strategies. Headed up the Product Development team (1 product owner, and 6 developers).

The Program Management Office (PMO) acted as a coordinating body during the 2014 strategy and organizational change at TV4 Group, in order to ensure consistency across the organization. We provided support to the executive management team and managers, in strategy implementation and organizational change, as well as tracked progress and key communication. I led a team of 2.

As a trainee at TV4 Group I worked closely with the CEO, Mr. Casten Almqvist, and the rest of the executive management team.
