Spearheaded the development and end-to-end execution of a partner strategy, including prospecting, onboarding, and activating new channels. Senior Partnerships Manager LATAM

Led the design and execution of the strategic plan for the Partnerships unit in LATAM, launching programs such as Referrals, Community Partners, Tech Partners, and Affiliates. Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, while also helping shape the company’s foundational presence in the region. Collaborated with internal teams (marketing, customer success, sales, and legal) to drive partner success, monitor key KPIs, and maximize partner-sourced revenue.

I implemented key business strategies and monitored their execution to ensure alignment with budget and objectives across all units. Additionally, I managed the P&L for the territory and led commercial activities with key players in the technology sector throughout Colombia and LATAM, supporting companies in their regional expansion plans and providing consulting on industry best practices. I reported directly to the Regional Manager (based in Chile) and the CEO (based in Brazil).
