Technical Marketing Engineer

Co-responsible for the quality of projects based on the requirements and design specifications, attending daily stand-ups or scrums on behalf of the team being able to communicate test results, issues, and risks found to project team members, project managers, and QA management through the different channels.

I am responsible for assisting in the creation and/or co-creation along with other staff members of any of the following:

I am responsible for assisting with test data identification.

I am responsible for assisting creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans.

I am responsible for assisting writing and maintaining test cases/scripts.

I am responsible for assisting creating traceability matrix documents based upon project requirements.

I am responsible for assisting creating checklist documentation based upon project requirements.

I am responsible for performing functional and exploratory testing.

I am responsible for effectively communicating statuses.

I am responsible for applying industry-standard testing methodology, strategies, and industry best practices.

I am also responsible for assisting with the following:

Creating defect tickets and track issues to resolution.

Working and explaining assignments when necessary to any co-worker and/or junior staff members.

Executing regression tests based on design specifications and requirements.

Understanding of testing methodologies and strategies to be a gatekeeper so they can determine when to raise flags.

Working with other team members to ensure the success of projects.

Understanding functional & non-functional, new or ongoing project requirements.

Quality Assurance Engineer

*Responsible to perform any of the QA tasks with barely any guidance. 

*Responsible to attend, lead and/or organize meetings on behalf of team.

*Responsible of analyze and understand requirements, and design specifications to ensure a quality 
 process.

*Overseeing, delegating and coordinating work to other QA Associates and apprentices, as needed.

*Responsible for reviewing test proofs of our client’s cross-channel marketing campaigns to confirm 
 content and copy accuracy, rendering, functionality and dynamic logic/variation.

*Responsible for Confirming accuracy in subscriber segmentation filters, send configuration and 
 scheduling prior to deployment activation.

*Responsible for completing tailored checklist and project test plans as appropriate and 
 communicates inconsistencies back to appropriate resources for correction.

*Responsible for interacting with internal team members (and client as required) to resolve pending 
 concerns/questions.

*Responsible for building and executing test plans for dynamic logic and filters for assigned projects.

*Responsible for Tracking/Documenting findings and provides feedback to individuals as well as 
 reports positive and negative individual trends to Campaign Manager

Senior Campaign Quality Engineer

*Set up, QA and deploy email marketing campaigns.

*Create audience segments for targeted e-mail campaigns.

*Create and maintain reports for campaigns.

*Execute small to medium marketing projects for clients.

*Provide recommendations to clients for new/existing marketing campaigns.

*Manage the production work and delivery to ensure flawless execution of day-to-day tasks for a 
 team of 10 associates.

*Track and report client-impacting incidents and errors.

*Audit and enhance the production processes to ensure they are optimized.

*Lead creation of project scoping and execution collaborating with other departments where needed.

*Test and optimize REST APIs for email marketing needs, including event-based emails and user 
 data administration.

*Assess, recruit, and hire talent for the organization.
