As the General Manager of Amazon’s first Robotics Fulfillment Center in Northwest Spain, I lead a dynamic operation in one of the most technologically advanced and complex environments within Amazon’s logistics network. Reporting directly to the Country Regional Director, I am responsible for a site spanning over a million square feet, with a team of 1,500+ associates and leaders, and full ownership of a $100M+ annual budget.

This multi-faceted leadership role demands a balance between daily operational execution and the long-term development of a high-performing, safety-first culture. I provide vision and direction for the team while fostering an environment where innovation and continuous improvement come from all levels of the organization.

General Manager

Managing the first Amazon Robotics Fulfilment center in the north west of Spain. Reporting directly to the country regional director. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for a fulfillment site. Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team (>1500 people) , coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the organization.

· Driving creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed business plan.
· Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
· Setting and clarifying requirements and expectations for managers. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Senior Ops Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
· Taking proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
· Working closely with support staff (HR, Finance,Maintenance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives

Site Lead

Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for a fulfillment site. Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the organization.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of ETZ2,responsible of Outbound department (>1500 people).
The extent of duties include:
• Maintain health and safety standards within area.
• Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site operations functions, including full accountability for setting and achieving operational goals, strategic planning, analysis and forecasting.
• Drive process improvements by using LEAN/ Six Sigma/ Kaizen methodologies to enhance the productivity and make customer experience better than ever.
• Continuously measure and evaluate the departmental goals and all work processes, available daily labour and daily production goals and hourly progress towards these goals. Manage and report KPI analysis daily.

Senior Operations Manager

Reporting directly to the General Manager of BCN1, responsible of RSP dept (>1000 people). 
The extent of my duties include:
• Maintain health and safety standards within area.
• Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site operations functions, including full accountability for setting and achieving operational goals, strategic planning, analysis and forecasting.
• Drive process improvements by using LEAN/ Six Sigma/ Kaizen methodologies to enhance the productivity and make customer experience better than ever.
• Continuously measure and evaluate the departmental goals and all work processes, available daily labour and daily production goals and hourly progress towards these goals. Manage and report KPI analysis daily.

Operations Manager is a critical position and delivers huge impact both on the customer experience and on bottom line performance within the Fulfilment Center of Barcelona (BCN1). Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and I am responsible for a team of Area Managers and their direct reports. 

I also lead on numerous improvement projects (KAIZEN) aimed at streamlining activities while driving up performance and quality. Taking part in site, regional and global initiatives, tackle complex problems that affect customers and work to resolve them with innovative solutions. 

The extent of my duties include:
- Maintain health and safety standards within area and promote a positive health and safety culture on site.
- Lead, motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. This include the setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports.
- Be a Subject-Matter Expert on larger processes and activities within the fulfilment centres, i.e. 5s audits, alignment with Standard Work procedures across the network.
- Management of the timely data collection to update operations metrics on an hourly basis, in an inventory control and systems environment, to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors and thus deliver excellent customer service.
- Work closely with other support teams (HR, Financial Manager, Facilities Manager, Safety & Security Manager, IT Manager) on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels to enable the Fulfilment Centre and the broader Operations network to attain Amazon’s Business Plan.
- Implement change and contribute in cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within the site and the broader Amazon EU Operations network.
- Drive continuous process improvement and make our customer experience better than ever.

Category Service Business is one of three categories within IKEA Transport & Services Organization, responsible to develop, plan, purchase, operate and follow up the service execution of core services (delivery, assembly, installation) of external service providers. The category is responsible to secure service execution at the right time, with the right quality and for the right cost, to achieve the goal of creating only satisfied customers. 

As Operations Field Responsible I execute daily operations within geographical scope to reach agreed targets. Furthermore, I am responsible to establish, maintain and optimize an efficient logistic set-up, e.g by using route optimization as well as to agree and set service and capacity matrix with service providers in correlations with given forecast. I am responsible for monitoring and improving the operational performance of service providers. Negotiations and update of contracts of service providers is a natural part of business as well as execute and follow up agreed/signed contracts and monitor compliance of working methods.

Operations Developer - Category Service Business

Decathlon International

Deputy General Manager at the Continental Warehouse (CAC) of Zaragoza for the Oxylane Group. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Director.

Accountable for the supply chain management of 650 European Decathlon stores with more than 35k references, 350k items shipped weekly and an account statement of 300k€ per month. Managing a team of 10 managers with a daily workforce of approx.200 technicians.

Responsibilities include : 
•	Planning & executing operations at the warehouse (Project Management). Definition and compliance of yearly and monthly budget, for 5 different departments. 
•	Definition, measurement and follow-up of the main KPI’s (productivity, lead times, quality and savety)
•	Planning long term actions to meet strategic goals.
•	Managing human resources programs.
•	Supervising, hiring and coaching all team members 
•	Leading continious improvement initiatives and lean tools.
Responsible for the e-commerce.

Deputy Warehouse Manager

Logistics manager at the Continental Warehouse for the Oxylane Group, a leading international group dedicated to people who love sport. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Director.

-Leading the Reception Dock team (>24 people):

Organising and directing the everyday activity team.
Strong communication with International Flows team. 
Strong communication with all Europe's supply chain network. 
Planning weekly and monthly activity (>30 containers/week on average).
- HR actions: interviewing and hiring all team members.
- Long term planning  (trimester and yearly).
- FLOWS : Responsible of the operating flows of the WH. Auditing the different sectors of the WH in the correct use of the processes.

Oxylane is a network of companies dedicated to people who love sport. A French multinational company with 50000 employees (2010) and a turnover of 5,978 M€ (2010).
Job based in the Continental Warehouse (CAC) in Barcelona.

Leading a picking team (>30 people):
 - planning and organising the everyday activity
 - HR : interviewing all team members.
 - Strong communication with all the Oxylane supply chain downstream to improve our logistics services.

LEAN team leader of the warehouse. Responsible of the training of more than 150 people in LEAN management and streamline processes. We implement Kaizen solutions, 5S, standarization work processes to improve processes and eliminate waste.
