✅ Manage terminal development projects ( Infrastructure, Value Added Services and Acquisitions ).
✅ Control P&Ls and generate Business Forecasts for the logistics activities of the 7 shipping terminals in Yilport Iberia.
✅ Generate reports and business intelligence initiatives related with internal performance and competition activities.
✅ Digital integration of Shipping lines tariffs and commercial agreements for the Iberia region.
✅ Liaise with Port Authorities and Government officials regarding policies and business development plans ( Port Concessions).
✅ Manage institutional relations between Business units and Portuguese and Spanish shippers.
✅ Implement continuous improvement policies on the business units.
