Content Creation & Management: I have full responsibility for our global company page and several division-specific pages on LinkedIn. My work involves crafting diverse content ranging from digital design assets, engaging videos, insightful podcasts, and high-quality photography to thought-provoking articles and market analyses.

Training & Development: I lead a content/copywriting workshop as part of our new joiners' onboarding process, imparting the essentials of LinkedIn content creation. This initiative has not only boosted our LinkedIn output but also significantly amplified our brand visibility, drawing increased attention to MRL.

SEO & Web Traffic Growth: My contributions extend to writing SEO-optimised blogs for our website, a strategy that has markedly enhanced organic traffic. This effort has yielded a substantial increase in candidate and client engagement, culminating in a record-breaking conversion rate in September 2023.

Newsletter Engagement: Since joining MRL, I have played a pivotal role in expanding our newsletter subscriber base from 4,000 to nearly 14,000 in just 12 months, illustrating a strategic blend of content appeal and audience growth techniques.
