Coordinate with the Marketing, Development, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure a comprehensive value proposition and optimal user experience.

Achievements:
Doubled MRR in less than a year.
Reduced annual churn rate to 10%.
Increased average customer ticket by 20%.

Health Sales Manager

Copptech

Responsible for leading the commercial development of the packaging division in Latam. Create and manage the sales forecast, reporting directly to the company's general manager. Lead and execute the commercial strategy of the division by managing a portfolio of key clients.

Achievements:
First year exceeding sales of USD 500,000.
Growth and closing of strategic alliances in different countries: Chile, Peru, Spain, among others. Commercial agreements with important companies in the packaging industry, such as Empaques Carvajal/Pamolsa, Coexpan, Pan Pacific, Grupo Selva, and others.

LATAM Sales Manager Packaging Division

Responsible of the compliance of the company's commercial strategy and planning, aligning international sales teams. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Reactivated 20% of lost/inactive clients.
Reduced sales cycle by 30%.
Created and monitored KPIs for the entire organization, implementing an OKR system.

LATAM Sales Manager Apparel Division

Business Manager based in California, US with the objective of opening a new office and initiating commercial operations in the United States. The main objective for 2018 was to establish the office foundation, structure and train the team, and initiate the necessary certifications and homologations to introduce products into the North American market.

Achievements:

Closed 3 commercial alliances with key clients and suppliers for the start of operations.
Certified the Copptech technology under North American standards and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Initiated the process of creating a local and international supply chain for the proper delivery of products to clients and suppliers.

USA Business Development Manager Apparel Division

Project Manager with the objective of validating the company's value proposition in the Chilean market (pilot market) by developing products with antimicrobial technology for different mass consumer industries with a focus on B2B sales. Responsible for leading the development of both company-owned and client-owned products, working with suppliers and factories in China for more than 5 years.

Raised US $2.5 million in Series A funding to open commercial offices and initiate operations in the United States.
