Responsible for a portfolio of 120 small and medium sized business customers mainly in Real Estate and Infrastructure sector (35% of the portfolio). Worked in industries such as: Healthcare, Technology, Energy, Fishing, Import and Exports, Textile, Customs Agents and Retail.

Responsible for indicators as: share of wallet, credit loans growth, profitability, sell of cash management products, delinquency and customer satisfaction.

Managed one employee, leading and coaching toward goal achievement, increasing credit loans portfolio by 60%, from USD $3.5M to USD $5.6M, and AUM by 30% from USD $15M to USD $20M, in the two years under my management.

La experimentación es otra pieza clave de ser una empresa “Agile”,

y las que ganarán la carrera en el largo plazo, ⁣

son aquellas empresas que aprendan más rápido que funciona y que no, y doblar la apuesta en lo que sí funciona.

Existen 𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗼𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗼𝘀, y el tratamiento para c/u puede variar:⁣

▪️𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 (𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗴𝘂̈𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗱, 𝗽𝗼𝗰𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮): típico en productos en originación/creación, donde es más retador aislar una sola variable dependiente (lo que quieres testear), y ⁣

Aquí es mejor utilizar un “Bayesian Thinking” (adaptarse según va entrando nueva información), enfocándose en testear “big rocks" como: ⁣

(i) mercado/cliente y problema, (ii) producto y posicionamiento, (iii) modelo de negocios, etc. ⁣
⁣
▪️𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 - (𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗮 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗴𝘂̈𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗱, 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮): más usual en productos o negocios maduros, donde es más viable realizar A/B o A/B/n testings a escala, por que:⁣

(i) existen sample sizes representativos, y (ii) y se puede aislar una variable independiente a testear, y ver su efecto.⁣

🟦Data descentralizada y talento con capacidades⁣

En empresas tech/digitales, se hacen cientos de experimentos por mes, porque:⁣
⁣
▪️𝗟𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮́ 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀, quienes pueden extraerla y tomar decisiones descentralizadas (con guardrails).; y
⁣

pero sin el resto de equipos entrenados en Descriptive Analytics, DS no tendrá capacidad de servir a toda la org, lo cual ralentiza la experimentación.⁣
